FAQ:

Why do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

We kindly ask for a credit card to secure your reservation, ensuring that we can accommodate you and promptly address any changes. Please rest assured that we only keep your card information as a precautionary measure in case you're unable to attend without prior notice.

Do you charge my card for the reservation?

No, we do not charge your card for the reservation itself. However, if circumstances prevent you from attending your reservation without prior notice, a nominal fee of $25.00 per person will be applied to your card.

What if I book for 20 people and only 15 show up?

There will be no charge for the guests who do not attend. We will simply adjust the reservation accordingly and allocate the tables freed up to waiting guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any charges. We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate your consideration in informing us promptly.

What do I do if I need to change my reservation?

Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us via email at info@insomniarestaurant.com or by calling us at 416-588-3907. We're here to assist you with any adjustments you may need, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
