We are thankful it's Friday for many reasons. One amazing reason is, at Insomnia Restaurant & Lounge Fridays are for families. When families arrive for dinner from 3pm to 5pm, kids 13 years and younger, eat FREE*. Check out the Kids menu. It's recommended to reserve your table, here.
And as a coincidence, 3pm to 5pm is Wine Hour (yes, it's actually TWO hours). Be sure to ask your server which wine is featured. (Btw, it's Wine Hour daily, 3-5pm.)

Michael Bedford Opening Showcase - The Artist Series

Introducing our third artist in The Artist Series – Michael Bedford.
Join us for his opening showcase in partnership with the CONTACT Photography Festival.
The exhibition will run for several weeks, offering an opportunity to experience and acquire Michael’s captivating work.
Michael Bedford is a fine art photographer and painter living in Toronto. Trained as a biologist, Michael’s work explores aspects of both the human psyche and the natural world. This new collection, Light and Lack Thereof, explores the duality of light and darkness. Michael uses seasonality, light, and darkness to explore various aspects of the human experience, including awe, reverence, isolation, and disconnection. His images are shot primarily on 35mm film using a vintage camera he bought when he was 15 years old.
